RETURN POLICY
Direct refund to your bank account.
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days to receive refund.
The refund amount is the amount paid for merchandise after all discounts are applied.
Merchandise must be returned new, unused, and in original packaging.
If the return is caused by non-quality problems, the buyer shall bear the shipping cost.
1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Caseismylife warrants its products against defects in manufacturing, material and/or workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase of a product by a customer. This one year limited warranty is non-transferrable from the original end purchaser and requires a copy of a sales receipt. If the product is protected under warranty, Caseismylife will exchange the Product with a product with equivalent functionality, or (2) refund the original purchase price.
This warranty does not protect against damage to customer's personal devices. Mobile phone, tablet and computer cases are not meant to protect devices from external damage and should not be considered as sufficient protection for the device. Caseismylife is not liable for any damages to a customer's personal device.
HOW TO RETURN
Please send an email to Info@caseismylife.com to ask for the return address. Please include your reason for returning.
CHANGE YOUR ORDER
You can change your order by yourself within 60min after you made your order.
For order made between 60min - 12h:
Please send your request to info@caseismylife.com (We can't 100% guarantee that your order can be changed).
For order made after 12h:
Unfortunately, change order are not available. Items can only be returned for a refund. If you would like a replacement item, please place another order online.
PRICE ADJUSTMENT
We're happy to issue a one-time price adjustment for an item from our website if it goes on sale within 7 days of your order shipment date. A refund for the price difference will be issued back to the original form of payment.
